The Baron is another café that has popped up in the west which resembles something in the inner west/city. They serve great coffee and food.

To pay homage to the last Delicious Vietnam blogging event and the highlight of my year, I decided to whip up a creamy and indulgent Vietnamese coffee ice cream.
This cafe, tucked away from the main roads of Parramatta, could easily be mistaken for a cafe in the inner western suburbs of Sydney. Serving up good brunch options for no more than $8. A perfect way to spend a lazy weekend.
