Having a cup of Vietnamese iced coffee allows me to relax over a cup of coffee and instantly transports me back to my holiday in Vietnam at the beginning of the year. To pay homage to the last Delicious Vietnam blogging event and the highlight of my year, I decided to whip up a creamy and indulgent Vietnamese coffee ice cream.
Day 2 in Hoi An sees Anthony and I doing a full day cooking class where we visited an organic farm, the local markets and then cooked up a feast of 4 Vietnamese dishes.

One night we decided to go to Le Mat Snake Village to have the 10 course snake banquet but before this we had to do the snake ritual which involved snake’s blood, bile and for one lucky person, snake’s heart!
