Overlooking the waters of Cockle Bay Wharf, Helm Bar is a great casual place to relax, nibble on something and have a drink or two.
Day 2 in Hoi An sees Anthony and I doing a full day cooking class where we visited an organic farm, the local markets and then cooked up a feast of 4 Vietnamese dishes.
Over the weekend I was invited to attend a cake decorating class with Couture Cake Classes. I have no experience decorating cakes with fondant but I think I did pretty good in creating a cute Christmas-themed cake.
