Chocolate marshmallows and a new addition to the cooking arena
I christen my brand my KitchenAid Mixer by making homemade marshmallows. These marshmallows are so soft and fluffy and are way better than the store-bought ones.

My first successful Daring Baker’s Challenge. It was fairly easy but the challenge was to try to come up with something creative to satisfy the theme. So now I present to you my birthday cookie cake (Thanks to Ant for his creative juices)..
Irresistible cookies that simply melt in the mouth and are quite addictive. The best thing about these cookies is how simple they are to make.
I take on making three types of pastries with the assistance of Ngaire
Whilst there is still room for improvement in this cake, the combination of pears, nuts and cinnamon is lovely.
Not really knowing what to get for my sister’s 21st birthday I decided to make her a 5 tier cupcake stand filled with about 200 mini cupcakes! It was a week of experimentation and exhaustion but it looked awesome in the end. I’m so not doing this again for the remaining sisters…
A quick and simple treat to whip up; I loved the caramelised cinnamon smell when I took these babies out of the oven. Trust me when I say that you won’t be able to stop at one (I scoffed down 5 in a matter of minutes!)
A wonderful mix of cinnamon and nuts in pastry dough; your fingers may get sticky from the sugar syrup but it makes it even better..
A refreshing drink you can easily whip up and impress your friends. Perfect for a relaxing on a warm Spring/Summer day.
This may be considered the “naughty” muesli bar because of the caramel and chocolate but it’s so good.. I’m drooling at the thought of having it again..
