Anthony and I celebrated our anniversary at Bistro Ortolan; a 2-hatted French restaurant located in the little Italy of Sydney. Service and food was wonderful. Probably one of the cheapest degustations out there from a hatted restaurant.
Vue de Monde is the ultimate dining experience! Shannon Bennentt creates innovative food which plays with the senses; his dishes are a work of art and they tantalise the taste buds.
A quick and simple treat to whip up; I loved the caramelised cinnamon smell when I took these babies out of the oven. Trust me when I say that you won’t be able to stop at one (I scoffed down 5 in a matter of minutes!)
A lovely restaurant offering great French food. For a 1-hatted restaurant it is fairly cheap as we’ve paid more at other restaurants that aren’t hatted.
