Inspired by a dessert I had last year at Zest, Nelson Bay; I’ve recreated popcorn ice cream with the added twist of salted caramel into the ice cream just to make things better
Having a cup of Vietnamese iced coffee allows me to relax over a cup of coffee and instantly transports me back to my holiday in Vietnam at the beginning of the year. To pay homage to the last Delicious Vietnam blogging event and the highlight of my year, I decided to whip up a creamy and indulgent Vietnamese coffee ice cream.
One of the desserts I prepared for a food photography/styling session with Dario of www.foodpixels.com. This pannacotta is smooth and creamy, you can’t go wrong with teaming it up with mangoes.
