A relatively new restaurant opens up in Pyrmont, offering modern Australian food with a bit of a twist.. One dish featuring the use of liquid nitrogen draws my attention to this restaurant.

Anthony and I celebrated our anniversary at Bistro Ortolan; a 2-hatted French restaurant located in the little Italy of Sydney. Service and food was wonderful. Probably one of the cheapest degustations out there from a hatted restaurant.
